FARMERS MARKET

Definitely not your usual farmers market, we offer a street fair environment with something different going on each night… from live music, to kids' activities, food demonistrations and food trucks. At its new location on the 300 block of North Magnolia Street between Central Avenue and Oak Street in Downtown, the Laurel Farmers Market takes place every Thursday evening from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (weather permitting) under the string lights.

Mississippi Farmers Market will be open for a three-week season beginning Thursday, June 11, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. The market, which is considered an essential business, will have a modified set-up in order to help accommodate our vendors and shoppers practice social distancing. Our vendors will be taking precautions and following CDC recommendations such as wearing gloves, pre-bagging much of the produce, and handling products for the shoppers, when possible.

Market shoppers can expect to find a variety of produce. Aside from stocking up on fruits, vegetables, and assortment of home processed foods, visitors to this market can also visit the downtown merchants. Check out the Laurel Farmers Market for yourself every Thursday in June.

Sorry, no dogs are allowed at The Market!
